Duty Replacement Plates Warranty
The heavy duty replacement
ceramic plates carry a
lifetime limited warranty against breakage.
The heavy duty replacement ceramic plates carry our 90 day
standard warranty against manufacturer defects.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty for Breakage is
subject to the following guidelines:
1.) Plates must be cleaned on a regular basis. ( See cleaning instructions) If plates have not been
regularly cleaned, warranty is voided.
2.) Broken plates must be returned and you must request an RA# (click here for more information)
3.) Breakage must be accidental.
4.) A copy of your receipt must be sent with the returned plate. If
there is no receipt, plate will be not be replaced.
This warranty covers breakage only and does not cover
cleaning. The user is responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance.
This warranty will have no liability for any product returned if it
is determined that:
- The asserted defect or breakage:
- is not present,
- is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration of any
form, fire, accident or mishandling while in the possession of the customer or anyone
other than the customer.
- the product was not sold to you as new.
- Lack of or improper maintenance, including use of fluids other than
those specified in instructions.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty period may be subject to variations
imposed by local law or regulations.
All products returned for warranty must be returned using the Authorized Return Policy. Products will be inspected upon
receipt to determine eligibility for warranty claims.
Standard Product Warranty
Our 3 year air purifier warranty covers manufacturer
defects and parts excluding plates and filters. This warranty covers defective parts
only and does not cover cleaning. The user is responsible for routine cleaning and
maintenance.
This warranty will have no liability for any product returned if it
is determined that:
- The asserted defect or breakage:
- is not present,
- is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration of any
form, fire, accident or mishandling while in the possession of the customer or anyone
other than the customer.

All products returned for other than warranty claims must be
returned using the Authorized Return Policy within 30 days
from purchase date.
Please Note: If you did not purchase your product
from this site and want to return it, please contact the site, dealer or store from which
you purchased the item for return policy and authorization. This warranty does not cover
products that were not purchased from the site. Proof of purchase from this site will be
verified.
